This charming bungalow is tucked into Bridgeland, one of Calgary’s most unique and historic neighborhoods. After living here for over a decade, the family decided it was time to renovate instead of move.

We redesigned the lower level to create separate bedrooms for the kids and a new primary bedroom for the parents, but the heart of the transformation is on the main floor. The entry, living room, powder room, kitchen, and dining area all got a full refresh—embracing a playful mix of curves, arches, and a bright sage green palette. Checkerboard tile floors add charm to the powder room, and the clients' own artwork and collected treasures bring a personal, layered feel to the space. We kept original details like the brass air return grille, baseboard profiles, and window casings, blending them with fresh finishes and bright styling, resulting in a dopamine interior.
