Classic Lakehouse | main floor

Perhaps our longest running project yet, this one was well worth the wait. Our initial site visit was back in the fall of 2017 and we can honestly say we have never been more excited or inspired to dig our hands into a renovation! This time capsule of a house, located in the ultra desirable neighborhood of Lake Bonavista was a feast of design treasures. This custom home had all the bells and whistles - powder blue carpet, silver foil wallpaper, wall paneling, custom curved cabinetry, a large oculus and more murals than we could count. After collaborating with the architect on the floor plans and exterior redesign, we began a years-long process of renovating the main floor and top floor.
